We bring you the RIPPL Leaders for the New Zealand competitor universe to highlight market trends and how funds have performed over the last 12 months.
Our key observations:
- The KiwiSaver Top 10 now sees Conservative investment options appearing, while the balance remains mixed across an Australian Financials Equity Fund with a Growth Funds from the same manager. For the last two months, the KiwiSaver Top 10 has thrown up some change.
- The Non-KiwiSaver Top 10 continues to move around more so than the KiwiSaver Top 10. New Zealand Fixed Income, Income and Small Companies feature around the middle of the Top 10.
- While there are some differences, there is a strong alignment, with most asset sectors being represented in KiwiSaver and Non-KiwiSaver Top 10’s. Notably Property and Infrastructure has moved out of both Top 10’s this month. While Global Equities is well represented, Australia and New Zealand-based options are now making their way to the Top 10’s.
