Investors are crucial in promoting human rights We are nearly five years from 2030, and the vast majority – 85% – of all Sustainable Development Goal indicators are off track. To achieve them, accelerated collaborative efforts from governments, investors, companies and civil society are needed. World health statistics 2024: monitoring health for the SDGs, sustainable development goals The World Health Statistics Report is an annual compilation of health and health-related indicators, which has been published by the World Health Organization since 2005. The 2024 edition reviews more than 50 health-related indicators from the Sustainable Development Goals and WHO’s Thirteenth General Programme of Work. It also highlights the findings from the Global Health estimates 2021, notably the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on life expectancy and healthy life expectancy. READ MORE |

In it, RMI charts how the energy system is being disrupted by the exponential forces of renewables, electrification, and efficiency.
